Do I need to provide the cleaning liquid?
Yes — we use whatever floor cleaner you already keep at home, so your floors get the finish you are used to and nothing reacts badly with your flooring.
Will the same person come each time?
That is the whole idea. Rebook the person you liked and Jello holds that slot for them. They will already know which rooms you want done and which you skip.
